You know that feeling? Like we don’t know what the future holds? It’s all so unsure!

Will your students even be able to login to a computer? Do they have their instruments? How are they coping? How can we cope? Are we headed into a dystopian future, or will we be back in our classrooms by Fall?

There isn’t much you can control right now, but there is one thing you can: yourself.

Let’s use this time to develop a habit that will serve us well the rest of our lives. A Keystone Habit.

A Keystone Habit is one so powerful that additional habits form with less effort. Some examples are daily meditation, morning exercise, journal writing…each of these may just seem like one thing, but they help foster others. Watch this video for the full explanation.

Over the next hundred days we’ll commit together to doing one thing every day, without fail. I’ll support you with a weekly email checkin to help keep you on track. I’ll be working on my own Keystone Habit as well.

Let’s do this thing together.
